Organization with No Hierarchy
We believe in maintaining the structure of the organization wherein employees take on roles on client assignments, which fit their skills, not their position. Most of Tecxpert's Senior Associates and Executive Directors work on client assignments alongside members. It is not unusual to see a director troubleshooting a support service request and a Manager giving a presentation to senior client executives the next.

We listen to our employees. Overall results are published at Tecxpert Portal. A task force, consisting of functional representatives and management, meets to make recommendations on improvements arising from the results and opportunities.
