TERMS OF USE – SARE (Sanitation Audit & Reporting Engine)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the SARE mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. These Terms apply to all users, including citizens, field auditors, administrators, and authorized personnel.

2. About the App
SARE (Sanitation Audit & Reporting Engine) provides tools for:
• Reporting sanitation issues
• Giving cleanliness feedback
• Uploading photos
• Viewing status updates
• Conducting sanitation audits (for authorized auditors)
The App is intended to improve public sanitation monitoring and transparency.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information
Users must provide truthful and accurate information when reporting issues, uploading photos, providing feedback, or conducting audits.

3.2 Lawful Use
You agree NOT to use the App:
• For illegal activities
• To upload offensive or misleading content
• To harass or harm others
• To attempt unauthorized system access

3.3 Respect for Privacy
Uploading personal or sensitive data of others without consent is prohibited.

4. User Accounts (If Applicable)
Some features require login. You are responsible for your login credentials and any activity under your account.

5. Content You Submit
By submitting content (photos, reports, comments), you grant Tecxpert Services Pvt. Ltd. permission to use, display, store, and share it with authorized sanitation authorities solely for sanitation monitoring.

6. Prohibited Content
Users must NOT upload:
• Explicit or violent images
• Fake or staged reports
• Copyrighted content without rights
• False GPS-spoofed locations

7. App Availability & Updates
We may update or discontinue features at any time. We are not responsible for network or device issues.

8. Intellectual Property
All App content is the property of Tecxpert Services Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as maps, analytics, or hosting, governed by their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for inaccurate user data, service interruptions, network failures, or data loss. The App is provided “as-is”.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tecxpert Services Pvt. Ltd. for any misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violations of these Terms.
